Connla's Well is known in Irish mythology as the Well of Wisdom. Nine hazel trees grew over Connla, and they dropped their nuts, endowed with wisdom, to the salmon below, who took on the qualities of wisdom from the nuts. Anyone who drank the water of the well or ate the salmon would possess otherworldly wisdom.

These cards are made by Tree-Free Greetings, a company utilising alternative, sustainable materials to produce their cards wherever possible. Each card is decorated inside and out, and the envelope is fully printed both sides with a related design, which means these cards make an impact even before the envelope is opened!
